Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Novessa. Novessa operates internationally and its services are not directed at, or limited to, visitors in any single country. Further registration details for the operating entity will be added here once confirmed.

What the site is

This site describes Novessa’s research and its applied practice, lets you join a waitlist, lets you request a demo, and provides an assistant that answers questions about Novessa as a company. It does not sell a product and nothing on it is an offer to contract.

The assistant

The website assistant answers only questions about Novessa the company, using a fixed knowledge base, and it can be wrong or incomplete. It is not advice of any kind (in particular not medical, psychological, legal, or grief-counselling advice), and you should not rely on it as such. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into it. How your input is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or probe the security of the site, do not submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, and do not use the forms or assistant to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. We rate-limit requests and may block access that looks abusive.

Intellectual property

The site content, branding, and design are Novessa’s or used with permission. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution; anything more needs our permission.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on the assistant. Nothing here limits any right or protection that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. When they are materially changed, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
